Our services

We offer two services to ecommerce brands: automations built inside the tools a team already uses (Offer A), and work on how a brand appears in AI answers (Offer B). Each starts with a free first look: a 30-minute call and a one-page note with the next step and its price. The free first look creates no obligation for either side.

Prices and VAT

Prices on this site are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at the applicable rate. The price of a first build or of first fixes is the fixed price written in the note; bigger processes or catalogues are quoted separately. Monthly plans are charged monthly at the price agreed.

Your accounts and tools

For automations, tool subscriptions, hosting and AI usage stay on your own accounts. For AI answers work, the tracking tools are included in the monthly plan. Nobody controls the answers AI assistants give: what you pay for is the work and the measurement, not a placement.

Your obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep the access you share with us secure.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services.

Intellectual property

All content, features and functionality of this website are owned by Raga Marketing and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Payment

If you purchase services from us, you agree to pay all fees and charges according to the pricing and payment terms presented to you. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raga Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to others.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time and will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
