How it works

1. Free first look

   A 30-minute call on one workflow that eats your team's time. You get a one-page note: how long it takes today, whether it is worth automating, and the next step with its price.

2. The first automation

   I build the first automation for that workflow, connecting 2 to 3 of the tools you already use. From £750 + VAT, at the fixed price in the note; bigger processes are quoted separately. Your team barely has to learn anything new: the reorganising is my job.

3. A monthly plan

   After the first build, the normal way to work together is a monthly plan: £1,000 + VAT a month to keep the automations reliable, improve what works and add the next priority.

Tool subscriptions, hosting and AI usage stay on your own accounts. Timing: the note within 2 working days of the call; the first build within 10 working days of your go-ahead.

From systems I designed and built with AI coding agents

• An AI editorial system for a brand with an online shop: in its first weeks in production it checked 468 AI-written sentences against their sources and fixed or cut 124 before they reached the editor.
• The agent system I run my own work on: it has taken more than 12,000 snapshots of my notes since August.
