What we collect
- What you write to us by email.
- What you type into the chat assistant.
- Details you give when you book a call through Calendly.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare the free first look.
- To provide the services you ask for.
- To send marketing emails only if you have agreed to receive them.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts this website and runs the chat assistant.
- OpenRouter passes chat messages to the AI model that answers them, currently Google's Gemini. We do not store chat conversations on our side.
- Calendly handles bookings, under its own privacy policy.
- Google provides our email.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and its fonts are served from this site, not from Google. Calendly may set its own cookies when you open the calendar on its site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply and to run any work that follows, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its processing, and opt out of marketing emails at any time. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
