01 / The starting point

The problem to solve.

A sponsorship business needed to organise athlete and company information, identify potential fits and carry that research into its commercial process. Lists of names alone did not explain why a partnership might make sense.

02 / My contribution

Where I came in.

I worked on the sponsorship CRM, research and enrichment flows, athlete imports and matching between athletes and potential sponsors, within a wider agency-led platform project.

03 / Implementation

What I worked on.

  1. 01

Profiles and reusable company lists that keep research attached to the prospect.

  2. 02

Matching views that show the rationale behind a suggestion rather than only a score.

  3. 03

Pipeline and campaign preparation interfaces connecting research to the next commercial step.

A design decision that mattered

Make the recommendation explainable. A proposed sponsor match is something for a person to evaluate, not a completed commercial relationship.

04 / Delivery

Research connected to sales workflow.

A working CRM and matching demonstration with research and campaign interfaces, ready for review and the next integration steps.

The contribution covers the CRM and matching workflow. Email activation and handover were separate dependencies.
