01 / The starting point
The problem to solve.
A platform connecting brands and participants needs to express its operating model in interfaces people can follow. Campaigns, products, activity and account states cannot rely entirely on instructions outside the application.
02 / My contribution
Where I came in.
I contribute to the technical development of the platform, translating requirements into mission, product and administrative workflows within the wider product team.
03 / Implementation
What I worked on.
- 01
Mission and campaign interfaces connecting brand requirements with participant activity.
- 02
Product and account administration within a shared application.
- 03
Investigation of differences between intended rules and implemented behaviour to guide subsequent changes.
Check the operating rules against actual behaviour. A feature description or a published screen does not establish that the complete process works as intended.
04 / Delivery
Business rules expressed in software.
Implemented mission and administration interfaces within an existing platform, alongside continuing development and checks against the operating requirements.
Selected implementation contributions within a shared product. The wider platform remains under development.
