01 / The starting point
The problem to solve.
A publishing team needed a practical way to move from incoming material and research to reviewed articles and social content. Generating more text alone would not solve the coordination, source checking and publishing work around it.
02 / My contribution
Where I came in.
I developed the editorial command centre and the connections between research, AI-assisted drafting, review and the publishing site, working through an agency partnership.
03 / Implementation
What I worked on.
- 01
A shared workspace for article planning, drafting, source references and editorial review.
- 02
Separate steps for generated content, checks and human editing, with visible publication states.
- 03
Publishing integrations and tools for preparing channel-specific social content.
Keep editorial decisions visible. The public website and the internal workspace have separate responsibilities, so generating an article is not the same action as publishing it.
04 / Delivery
A connected editorial process.
An implemented editorial workspace connecting research, drafting, review and publication, with source references and editorial decisions kept in the same process.
Publishing connections are configured for each channel, with the editor responsible for release.
